With Copilot Chat, you can quickly generate tailored questions and turn them into scorecards or evaluation sheets, making it easier to assess candidates consistently and keep your hiring process moving.

Create interview questions

Create tailored interview questions and turn them into a scorecard or evaluation sheet to help you assess candidates consistently.

Go to Microsoft365.com/chat.

From Chat, enter the following prompt or write your own. Select Send:
