Create a poll

1. Use polls to create a quick survey and get answers fast. You can create a poll on your storyline or in a community where you are member:

2. Select Poll from the available options under the 'Share thoughts ideas or updates' section.

3. Type your question and options for answers.

4. Click the 'Select a community or storyline' option to choose the community where you want to share the poll. To share to your storyline, select 'My storyline'.

Praise someone

Praise someone in your network who shared something helpful or to celebrate a success.

1. Select Praise from the available options under the 'Share thoughts ideas or updates' section.

2. Enter the name of the person in the 'Who do you want to praise' section.

3. Select a praise image by selecting the drop down arrow next to the thumbs up icon.

4. Type your praise in the 'Share what they've done' section.

5. In the Add people section, add who you wish to notify, such as the person's manager.  

6. Select Praise.

Ask a Question

Use Questions to raise visibility and get answers.

1. Select Question from the available options under the 'Share thoughts ideas or updates' section.

2. Type your question.

3. Click the 'Select a community or storyline' option to choose the community where you want to share the question. To share to your storyline, select 'My storyline'. 

4. In the Add people section, select any additional persons you want the question to go to.

Q: Why are Korean characters sometimes lost from the message post? 

A: This is an issue with our current publishing canvas which we are actively working to resolve as part of a larger update. The update is tentatively planned to be available by the end of Q1 2023.
