Ctrl command remains active after a zoom gesture on a Windows Embedded 8-based kiosk device

Symptoms

The Ctrl key command remains active after you do a zoom gesture on the window of a running application on a Windows 8-based kiosk device. When this issue occurs, you can no longer perform touch input operations.

Hotfix information
