This article describes the issues that are fixed in the Microsoft PerformancePoint Services for SharePoint Server 2010 hotfix package that is dated February 28, 2012.

Issues that this hotfix package fixes

When you configure the properties in a PerformancePoint web part in SharePoint Server 2010, the web part location information that is returned by the asset picker is not accepted. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
Cannot save all of the property settings for this Web Part. An error has occurred. The selection is not a valid PerformancePoint Report.

When reports and filters are not connected by using PerformancePoint dashboard designer, the connection fails. This issue specifically occurs when the PerformancePoint Services filters are connected to Reporting Services web parts.
Note This issue occurs after you upgrade SharePoint Server 2010 to SharePoint Server 2010 Service Pack 1.
