Removes the Edit Connection Filters menu item from the User Profile Service synchronization connection list.

Fixes the following issue that occurs after the KB 4484506 is installed: An error occurs when you try to access the "Result Sources," "Query Rules," "Search Result Sources," or "Search Query Rules" page from the Search Settings section of Site Settings.
