This security update contains improvements and fixes for the following nonsecurity issues in SharePoint Server Subscription Edition:

Fixes an issue in which you cannot create or edit items in a list if the list contains a hyperlink column type in the modern UI.

Fixes an issue in which the usage analytics reports don't work for upgraded SharePoint Server 2013 Search Service Application (SSA) Search Administration database.

Fixes an issue in which the usage analytics job doesn't run consistently if the short date format of the operating system uses a date separator other than the forward slash (/) character.

Fixes an issue in which a list type discussion board cannot show all discussion items on the My discussions page.

Fixes an issue in which the Hero web part doesn't show the tooltip when the truncated description is hovered.
