When I try to install Revolution-R-Connector I get an error message that says I don't have R-3.1.3 installed, but I do have that installed and I followed the instructions about using the 64-bit version and saving the version in the registry. Do you have any idea what the problem may be?

Open the registry editor by running regedit.exe

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\R-core\R64\3.1.3. Verify that there is a valid value for InstallPath - The default is c:\Program Files\R\R-3.1.3.

Check the Revolution Analytics entry a few lines below - open it up to see the CRAN_INSTALL_DIR. That value should match the InstallPath.

Edit the values as needed and exit the registry editor.  Try the installation again.
