Symptoms
In Commerce Server 2009 R2 Service Pack 1 (SP1), you configure the Catalog Export Staging Expression in the Catalog Staging options. However, when the All Levels option is selected, the Filter Descendants clause does not work as expected.
Cause
This problem occurs during the stored procedure (ctlg_StoreFilteredCatalogItemsToExport). This process iterates through the catalog structure to find and add descendants for exporting. During the last round, when the procedure tries to add back missing product families, the filter clause is not used.
