This article describes an issue that occurs when you enable two Microsoft Network Driver Interface Specification (NDIS) adapters and then bind to a DHCP server on a Windows Embedded Compact 2013-based device. Before you install the update, all previously issued updates for this product must be installed.

Symptoms

Assume that you have a Windows Embedded Compact 2013-based device that uses Internet Connection Sharing. When you enable two NDIS adapters and then bind to a DHCP server on the device, the DHCP server cannot allocate an IP address.
