Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You are using EDISend pipeline for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) applications in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2009.

You have both Request message before port processing and Request message after port processing options selected for tracking message bodies on the Tracking page for the send port.

You send a message.
In this scenario, you can see the tracked message bodies in EDISend pipeline before stage, but not in EDISend pipeline after stage in BizTalk Server Administration Console.
Cause
This issue occurs because the underlying streams position is not updated.
