Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You use the XML pipeline validator to validate schemas in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2010 or Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013.

You configure Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) to monitor events and data that are produced by BizTalk applications.

You add a BAM tracking profile to a message on a receive port using a non-seekable message stream.
In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
There was a failure executing the receive pipeline: "ReceivePipelineName" Source: "Unknown " Receive Port: "ReceivePortName" URI: "ReceiveURI" Reason: ResetPosition
