Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You create a manual test case in Microsoft Test Manager on a computer that has Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 installed. Some of the following diagnostic data adapters are selected in the Data and Diagnostics section of the test case:

In this scenario, Test Manager may crash.Note The issue occurs more frequently in Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) applications.
Resolution
Hotfix information
