Symptoms
You configure Host Integration Server by using the Host Integration Server Configuration Utility. When you restart the Host Configuration Utility, it may fail, and you receive the following message:
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Cause
This problem occurs because a date value that is written as Culture-Invariant is being parsed as non-Invariant-Culture.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in Cumulative Update 1 for Host Integration Server 2016.
