Consider the following scenario:

  • You have Microsoft Host Integration Server (HIS Server) 2009 installed in a computer that is running any of the following operating systems:

    • Windows Server 2003 x64

    • Windows Server 2008 x64

    • Windows Server 2008 R2

    • Windows Vista x64

    • Windows 7 x64

  • You enable the performance monitor counters for the Session Integrator feature.

Note By default, the performance monitor counters are disabled for the Session Integrator feature.

When the performance monitor tries to add counters for monitoring in this scenario, the performance monitor displays no counters in the Add Counters window unexpectedly.

This problem occurs bacause the performance monitor counters of the session integrator are not aligned suitably on 8-byte boundaries.
