Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You use the Microsoft Application Request Routing (ARR) module on a computer that is running Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0 or IIS 7.5.

You enable the request consolidation feature in an ARR server farm.
In this scenario, the W3wp.exe process crashes. Additionally, some error messages that resemble the following are logged in the Application log:
