Symptoms 

When you run the Get-CsBusyOptions cmdlet in a remote PowerShell session, the Get-CsUserCallForwardingSettings cmdlet fails and returns the following error message:

Argument application User Agent has invalid value. Audio/Video platform is already initialized with(Synthetic Transaction value for application User Agent argument.  

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the following update for Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019:
