When you try to print a color XPS file that contains monochrome mode from a Printer Command Language (PCL) 6 version 4 driver-based computer, the gray conversion of the RGB color for the Text, PNG, or Graphic elements are interchanged. Specifically, the red and blue are in incorrect gray tones. This issue occurs in Windows 8.1, Windows RT 8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 8, Windows RT, or Windows Server 2012.

Cause

This issue occurs because the grayscale formula is incorrect in the Msxpspcl6.dll file for PNG, Text and Graphic elements.
