Introduction

The article describes the issues that are fixed in Hotfix for Web Console in System Center 2022 Orchestrator post UR1. This article also contains the installation/uninstallation instructions and other quality of life improvements made to the Web Console.

Issues that are fixed

The Web Console's Job execution form suffered a regression that prevents users from correctly executing Runbooks that accept more than one parameter. The API request made by the Web Console has been fixed in this update.

Quality of life improvements

Several improvements were made to the navigation tree in the Web Console:

  • Runbooks that aren't inside any folder are now rendered on the tree. Such Runbooks appear after all the folders.

  • Folders and Runbooks are sorted by their name (on every nesting level).

  • Improved text overflow characteristics of the navigation tree.

  • Improved stability of the tree during scrolling to completely remove the jitter and jumpy updates.

Prerequisites

To apply this update, you must have already applied the Orchestrator 2022 UR 1 update.
