To create a system profile in Mac OS X, follow these steps:
Note Do not send a system profile to System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection for Mac Customer Care unless a representative requests the file during troubleshooting.

On the Apple menu, click About This Mac.

Click More Info to start System Profiler.

If your computer is running Mac OS X Lion 10.7, click System Report. If your computer is running Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6 or an earlier version, go to step 4.

On the File menu, click Save.

In the Export As box, type a name for the system profile file. For example, type systemprofile.txt.

In the Where box, click where you want to save the file.

Click Save.

Control + click the file that you saved in step 7, and then click Compress "filename." For example, click Compress "systemprofile.txt."

Attach the compressed (.zip) file that you created in step 6 (systemprofile.zip) to an email message to System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection for Mac Customer Care.
