After you've created an agent, you'll want to share it with your coworkers so they can automate their tasks or quickly get specific information based on how your agent works.
Share an agent right after you create it
When you create an agent in Copilot Chat and select Create, Copilot shows a screen saying Your agent was created successfully.Â
You can copy and share the link for your agent with other users or select Change sharing settings.
For agents that contain knowledge sources from SharePoint files and folders, we recommend selecting the option to share with Specific users in your organization. This allows you to automatically share the underlying knowledge sources by adding a specific user's email, name, or security group within your organization.Â
Important: Agents respect the user's information and access privileges. If the user doesn't have access to a knowledge source, the agent can't include content from it when generating a response. Â
Share an agent from Copilot Chat
After your agent is live, you can still easily share it with others.

In Copilot Chat, select the Agents dropdown.

Select More (...)Â next to the agent you want to share.

Select Share.

Paste the link that is copied wherever you want, like in a chat, email, or document.
When you share an agent, the people who can use the shared agent can't edit it.Â
