Symptoms
When using multiple funding sources on a project and there is a variance that is added to both funding source even though the first source has been completed committed when using public sector in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
Changes to line amounts on a purchase order or a vendor invoice does not regenerated project line distributions based on specified funding rules and available amounts.
You will receive funding limit errors when posting a vendor invoice on a purchase order that matches the funding limit and has gone through the purchase order yearned process.
Resolution
The changes in the hotfix resolve this issue.
When the funding rules have a single allocation, the logic was modified to evaluate the accounting distribution and adjust the project contract as needed.

Restart requirement
You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
