Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You have Download Domains configured.

You have a user account whose alias begins in the following characters:
oma*

You send an email message that includes an inline image or a text attachment to the oma* account.

You log in to the oma* account by using Outlook on the Web (OWA) to access the mailbox.
In this scenario, the oma* account user doesn't receive the inline image (a broken image icon is displayed instead), and the text file download fails and generates a "page not found" error.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the following cumulative update:
