Microsoft distributes Microsoft SQL Server 2012 fixes in one downloadable file. Because the fixes are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and all the security updates that were included with the previous SQL Server 2012 update release.
Symptoms
Assume that you install Microsoft SQL Server 2012 on a computer. When you run Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2012 on the computer, SQL Server 2012 failures are displayed in the Task Status Notifications dialog box in System Center Operations Manager 2012.
