Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:
-
You have an entity that contains decimal data in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Master Data Services (MDS).
-
You set the language of the browser to a language that uses a comma as a decimal separator.
-
You browse to the first or second member of an entity in MDS by using the browser. For example, the first or second member contains a decimal separator that is a comma.
In this scenario, the decimal separator changes to a period after you browse the third member of the entity.
Notes
-
If you refresh the page, the decimal separator will change back to a comma.
-
This issue only affects UI and does not cause data changes or corruption.
