Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You create a business rule in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Master Data Services (MDS).

The business rule is set up so that a notification email message is sent if a member is flagged as invalid.

You run the business rule against members in an entity.
In this scenario, the notification email message is not sent as expected.
