Symptoms
Assume that you configure a memory-optimized database to use Resource Governor by using sp_xtp_bind_db_resource_pool procedure in Microsoft SQL Server 2014. When you run DBCC CHECKDB and DBCC CHECKCATALOG against the master database, you receive the following error:
Msg 8992, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Check Catalog Msg 3851, State 1: An invalid row (class=108,depid=8,depsubid=0) was found in the system table sys.syssingleobjrefs (class=108). Msg 8992, Level 16, State 1, Line 1 Check Catalog Msg 3851, State 1: An invalid row (class=108,depid=11,depsubid=0) was found in the system table sys.syssingleobjrefs (class=108).Note The error is harmless and different from true corruption message.
Resolution
The issue was first fixed in the following cumulative update of SQL Server.
Cumulative Update 2 for SQL Server 2014 /en-us/help/2967546
Each new cumulative update for SQL Server contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous cumulative update. Check out the latest cumulative updates for SQL Server:
