Symptoms
Assume that you use SQL Server 2017 Analysis Services (SSAS). When you execute an MDX query that references certain MDX functions, SSAS may crash, and you receive an access violation error message.
Resolution
This fix is included in Cumulative Update 4 for SQL Server 2017.
