Summary
This update addresses an issue in which Windows leaks lots of handles in the lsm.exe process. When smart card applications use the SCardEstablishContext function after you apply update 4056446, the leaking may eventually cause the applications to display an “SCARD_E_NO_SERVICE” error message.
