Improvement
Assume that you use Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) in SQL Server 2017. If you run multiple SSIS packages in parallel, the minimum interval value can be reduced to 1 second in the TaskHeartbeatInterval property of WorkerSettings.config file. However, before this improvement the minimum interval value is not less than 10 seconds.
