Applies ToSQL Server 2019 on Linux

Symptoms

When running R or Python scripts with rx functions in parallel mode with RevoScaleR/revoscalepy packages in Linux SQL Server 2019, you notice that the mpi logic may be triggered. It requires you to access the path /opt/microsoft-openmpi-3.0.0_* to start mpiexec, but by default the path is not in the allowed list. Therefore, the R or Python scripts may fail to run the rx functions.
