MACP icons don't load in Skype for Business Server 2019

Symptoms 

In Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019 CU8 running on Windows Server 2022, Modern Admin Control Panel (MACP) icons, such as the edit pencil and plus symbol, appear as empty rectangles. This issue affects the usability of the icons. 

Resolution 

To fix this issue, install the following hotfix updates, as appropriate: 

• September 2025 hotfix update 7.0.2046.828 for Skype for Business Server Subscription Edition, Emergency Mitigation Service (KB5067606)

• September 2025 hotfix update 7.0.2046.828 for Skype for Business Server Subscription Edition, Administrative Tools (KB5067607)

• September 2025 hotfix update 7.0.2046.828 for Skype for Business Server Subscription Edition, Core Components (KB5067609)

• September 2025 hotfix update 7.0.2046.828 for Skype for Business Server Subscription Edition, Macp Web Components (KB5067610)​​​​​​​
