Note When this issue occurs, a meeting will not start even after Microsoft Lync 2013 has finished signing in.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the March 10, 2015 update for Lync 2013.
Meeting does not start if you click a meeting URL in a meeting invitation email message when Lync 2013 is signing in
