This OOB update includes quality improvements. This update is cumulative and includes security fixes and improvements from the November 11, 2025, security update (KB5068966) in addition to the following:

  • [Hotpatch reoffered after Windows update] Fixed: After you install the November 2025 Hotpatch update (KB5068966) on Windows 11, version 25H2, Windows Update might download and install the update again. This doesn’t affect functionality. Only the update history will show the latest installation time.

Note: You don’t need to restart your device after installing this OOB update.
