This article describes update KB3118367 for Microsoft Outlook 2013, which was released on October 4, 2016. This update also applies to Office Home and Student 2013 RT. This update has a prerequisite.
Be aware that the update in the Microsoft Download Center applies to the Microsoft Installer (.msi)-based edition of Office 2013. It doesn't apply to the Office 2013 Click-to-Run editions, such as Microsoft Office 365 Home. (How to determine?)

Consider the following scenario:
-
You enable cached mode in Outlook 2013.
-
You add two or more Exchange accounts to the same profile.
-
You disable cached mode for those accounts, either manually or by Group Policy.
-
You delete the associated .ost files.
In this situation, Outlook 2013 can't send email messages and the email messages are stuck in the Outbox folder.

When you open an .eml file in Outlook 2013, the Bcc recipients aren't displayed.
-
You would receive unexpected password prompts when Outlook 2013 connects to Exchange Server 2013 that has the MAPI over HTTP protocol enabled.

An embedded email message with a large number of recipients cannot be dragged into a folder.

To determine whether your Office installation is Click-to-Run or MSI-based, follow these steps:

Start Microsoft Outlook 2013.

On the File menu, select Account.

For Office 2013 Click-to-Run installations, an Update Options item is displayed. For MSI-based installations, the Update Options item isn't displayed.
