Symptoms
In Microsoft Outlook (Online mode), you drag a message to the desktop to save it. If you then double-click the message file on the desktop to open it, you notice that the line spacing between paragraphs is missing.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install one of the following updates:
Cumulative Update 11 for Exchange Server 2019 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2019
Cumulative Update 22 for Exchange Server 2016 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2016
More information
Existing messages on the desktop will not be affected by this update. Therefore, after you install the update, you should delete the affected messages from the desktop, and then drag the original messages from Outlook to the desktop again.
