Symptoms
Assume that you create some recurring meeting requests that contain conflicting instances for a room mailbox in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment. When you check these calendar events from the room mailbox calendar, the subjects of the calendar events aren't changed to the organizer's name as expected.
Cause
This issue occurs because the Resource Booking Attendant can't bind the recurring meeting requests in order to update the subject if one or more of occurrence is conflicted and declined.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install Update Rollup 12 for Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 3.
