Symptoms
If you had Outlook 2016 installed, and then:

Removed it with the Uninstall Easy Fix
-
Installed Outlook 2013
-
Installed an add-in
-
Tried to create an email through the add-in
Outlook 2013 may stop working.
Cause
The Uninstall Easy Fix doesn't change the typelib registry information, which causes a problem with the add-in.
Resolution

From Start, search for regedit. Choose regedit from the search results.

Use the arrows next to the folders on the left to navigate to this registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\TypeLib\{00062FFF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\9.6

Right-click that key, and select Delete.

Perform an Online Repair.
