Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

You install the latest build of Microsoft Exchange 2019 or 2016.
You enable extended protection by running the script.
You try to configure Microsoft Outlook on the Android or iOS mobile operating systems.

In this scenario, the configuration fails, and you receive the following error message:

Something went wrong. Check your account information and try again. Or contact your IT Admin.

To fix this issue, install Cumulative Update 13 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2019.
