ISSUE

When you reply to an email that has long links in the body, Outlook may display the following error:

Microsoft Outlook error message, Cannot send this time.

This can happen if the 2084th character in a link is an escaped character. This issue can also occur with long URLs and when processed with SafeLinks.

STATUS: FIXED

This issue is fixed in build 13913.10000 which is anticipated to be in production Current Channel in late April 2021.
