Symptoms
When this issue occurs, it takes more than one second to enter each character in large content editable DIV, even though the spelling checker feature is disabled in Internet Explorer 11. This problem occurs in a Windows 10, Windows 8.1, or Windows 7 environment.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. To do this, go to Microsoft Update.
