Symptoms
If the Total Price with Tax column is added to the Receipt form layout in Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail R2 Refresh and Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail 2009 R2, price with tax is not displayed for line items in a receipt in Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail POS. The column remains blank for line items in the receipt.

Installation information
Download the hotfix package that is appropriate for the release of Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail POS that you have installed.
The hotfix must be applied to all instances of Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail POS.
Before you install the hotfix, close Retail POS, and make a backup of the store databases. Extract the hotfix files to a folder, and then, in the retailpos subfolder in the extract location, double-click AxUpdate.exe. Follow the instructions in the Setup wizard. When installation is complete, restart Retail POS, and log on as usual.

Validation of the application hotfix installation
To validate the installation of the application hotfix, start Retail POS and, on the logon screen, verify that the release number is 5.0.1506.1094 in Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail 2009 R2 Refresh or 5.0.1506.710 in Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail 2009 R2.
This hotfix adds support for the Total Price with Tax field for line items in printed receipts.
Note The hotfix does not add the field to the Receipt form layout.
To add the field to the Receipt form layout, change the Receipt form layout in Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail Headquarters, and then send the updated layout to stores by using the A-1070 Terminals job or the N-1070 Terminals job.
