Symptoms
When users try to export one mailbox at a time in Microsoft Exchange Server 2019, the process works as expected. However, mixed results occur if users try to make multiple mailbox exports simultaneously. This includes the creation of additional .pst files.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install Cumulative Update 12 for Exchange Server 2019 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2019.
