If you created a useful Copilot prompt and you'd like to keep using it, you can schedule it to run automatically. No need to remember to run it each time. Just set the time and frequency, and Copilot will take care of the rest.
Note: To schedule prompts, you'll need to use microsoft365.com/chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot in Microsoft Teams, or Microsoft Outlook for the web and Desktop. A Microsoft 365 Copilot license is required. Scheduled prompts will be on by default unless you or your admin has disabled Optional connected experiences.
Here are some other situations where you might want to schedule a Copilot prompt:
-
It’s 8 AM, and you want to start your day feeling prepared. You schedule a prompt to summarize your meetings, agenda, and any notes so you can jump right into it. Â
-
Every Wednesday you schedule a prompt to remind you of messages and tasks from earlier in the week that still need follow-up, so you don’t have to worry about anything slipping through the cracks.Â
-
It’s the end of the day, and you want a quick summary of what happened in the meetings you attended. You schedule a prompt to summarize any action items and decisions for you to review or add to your to do list for tomorrow.Â
