Symptoms

The Skype for Business client crashes when you try to share a file with other users in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016.

Resolution

Upgrade the Windows Operating System to Windows 10, version 2004.

To download and install Windows 10, version 2004, use Windows Update (Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update). For more information, watch this video.
