On May 13, 2014, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) ruled that certain users have the right to ask search engines to remove results for queries that include the person's name if inadequate, irrelevant, no longer relevant, or excessive. Please note that Bing does not publish or control the content in question. Blocking it from certain search results on Bing does not remove the content from the web. If you want the content removed from the web, we recommend that you contact the webmaster of the site publishing the content.
If you are using Bing as your search engine, please do not keep the results of your searches, as we may delist some URLs that currently appear in your search results in response to an individual’s request for erasure in the future. Search results may be incomplete due to Bing responding to individuals’ requests for erasure.

We may also consider other sources of information beyond the form to verify or supplement the information you provide.
