Switching Between Dynamics and eEnterprise Development Dictionaries

Issue


Is there a way to switch between running a Dynamics development dictionary vs an eEnterprise development dictionary without using Developer Update to move resources into a new dictionary?


Resolution


If you launch into Dexterity and open your Dynamics development dictionary, then go to Application | Install and find Module 054 and Module 064. Adjust the settings depending on what environment you want to run in.


Dynamics LAN 6.0

Module 064 - all 0's


Dynamics SQL 6.0

Module 054 - all 0's

Module 064 - 5 5 1


eEnterprise 6.0

Module 054 - 5 0 0

Module 064 - all 0's


Dynamics 7.0 or Great Plains 7.5 (Pervasive or Ctree)
