INTRODUCTION
This article describes that the Staff Accounting update is available in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 with the Eastern Europe GLS layer installed. The new functionality covers the year 2012 legislative requirements in handling of the quarterly statement's form (RSV-1) and personified reporting forms in printable and digital XML formats for employees' pension and medical insurance fund's contributions.
More Information
According to the order of the Ministry of HealthCare and Social Development N 232н from March 15, 2012, new legislative requirements of filling and submission of the RSV-1 statutory form in printable format and amendments in RSV-1 digital XML format are introduced. The legislative requirements are effective from the first quarter of the year 2012. To comply with the requirements, the new functionality is created to handle results of employees' pension and medical insurance fund's contributions details representation in the periodical statement's form (RSV-1) in printable and digital XML formats. The functionality contains the following features:

Support year 2012 related printable and digital formats.

Paginate and submit only filled pages of the printable form.
-
Fill of the contribution calculation details section dynamically for each applied fund's rate.
Note The template setup update for the RSV-1 reporting form is required in the Electronic Reporting module.According to the order of the Pension Fund N 66р from March 28, 2012, new legislative requirements of filling and submission of the personified reporting statutory forms are introduced. The legislative requirements are effective from the first quarter of the year 2012. To comply with the requirements, the new functionality is created to handle results of employees' pension fund contributions and seniority calculation details representation in the periodical statement's forms (SZV-6-1, SZV-6-2, SZV-6-3 and SPV-1) in printable and digital XML formats. The functionality contains the following features:

Possibility to limit the maximum number of persons per batch in the SZV-6-2 form when the form is created in digital format.

Report only amounts of contributions to cumulative and insured parts of pension, that excludes solidary part, through the SZV-6-1 and SZV-6-2 forms.

Support additional reporting period for the whole year in the SZV-6-1, SZV-6-2 and SPV-1 forms.

Support additional categories of insured foreign citizens in the SZV-6-1, SZV-6-2, SZV-6-3 and SPV-1 forms.

Add an additional seniority type to support periods of child care vacation in the SZV-6-1 form.

Validation of the application hotfix installation
To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT). Then, verify that there is a method whose name includes the Knowledge Base (KB) article number of the installed hotfix. Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by comparing the KBXXXXXX.txt file against the objects in the AOT. By doing this, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or in the GLP layer.Note The XXXXXX placeholder represents the KB article number of the installed hotfix.
