INTRODUCTION
With the optional update in this update package, you can use pointing devices that use absolute coordinates to connect to a local station on a computer that is running Windows MultiPoint Server 2010. Apply this update only if the following conditions are true:

You are using a pointing device that uses absolute coordinates to report the pointer location on the desktop. Note Some examples of pointing devices are certain kinds of touch screens and of interactive whiteboards.

You want the pointing device to connect to a local station on the computer that is running Windows MultiPoint Server 2010.
