Update Rollup 29 for Microsoft Azure Site Recovery Unified Setup (VMware to Azure) applies to all systems that have Microsoft Azure Site Recovery Services Unified Setup version 9.0.4016.1 or a later version installed.

This update fixes the following issue and includes the following improvements.

Improvements

Improves the cleanup of stale data file folders that are created by the unified setup installer as part of the server upgrade process.

Removes the need for an additional step to validate the ”login.microsoftonline.us” URL through “login.windows.net.” For all National Geos, ADAL version 3.13.9 will be used and ”login.microsoftonline.us” will be enabled as a trusted authority.
Issues fixed

Fixes resynchronization issues that occur for requests at a high frequency rate because of non-coherent processing of files.

Microsoft Azure Site Recovery Provider (version 5.1.3200 or a later version)
To install Microsoft Azure Site Recovery Unified Setup Update Rollup 29 (version 9.1.xxxx.1), you must have the following installed:

Microsoft Azure Site Recovery Unified Setup (VMware to Azure) (version 9.15.xxxx.1 or a later version)
Note You can check the installed provider version in the Programs and Features item in Control Panel.
Restart information
You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this update on computer that has a System Center Virtual Machine Manager or a Hyper-V server.
This update automatically stops and then restarts the System Center Virtual Machine Manager services during the update process.
A restart will be required on your Configuration server and protected servers after you apply this update.
