ISSUE

Translator in Outlook will translate email content to a different language. However, if you try to print the translated email content, the content will be previewed and printed in the original language. Outlook currently does not have an option to print translated email content.

STATUS: WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, you can take a screenshot of the translated content and use Word to print the content.

  1. Open the translated email.

  2. Press 'Windows key +Shift + S' and take a screenshot of the translated email.

  3. Open a new Microsoft Word document, press 'Ctrl+V' to paste the translated email in the Word document.

  4. In Word, select File > Print. This will print the translated email.
